Who can forget that awkward "shiny sheets" scene from Superman II, when Supes and Lois Lane turned the Fortress of Solitude into the Fortress of Turpitude? Well, you might be surprised to know that this wasn't the first time Superman and Lois did the ol' hippity-dippity. Way back on the cover of the appropriately-named Action Comics #154 (1951), this bizarre scene makes it's metaphoric point loud and clear.
I blogged that story a couple years ago; it's actually a pretty good takeoff on the Survivor TV show, with Clark and Lois assigned by Perry to be marooned on a desert island to see who can last the longest. (That Perry; any stunt to sell a paper!)
Clark obsesses over how unfair it is, so (as Superman) he helps Lois surreptitiously, but in so doing he reveals his secret identity, so he's got to convince her that she was hallucinating.

There should be a scene in the story where Clark asks Lois if she could peel a banana for him.
