Welcome to Superman@70, my month long celebration of Superman's amazing 70 year run as not only the granddaddy of all superheroes but as a bonafide cultural icon as well.
As I announced last week, Comic Coverage will be dedicated to All Things Superman for the entire month of June, the same month Superman burst onto the scene way back in 1938. Combining familiar features with some new stuff, Superman@70 will hopefully be a fun way to kick off your summer...regardless of whether you're a fan or non-fan of the Man of Steel.
However, before getting to the new Supes@70 material, tomorrow will mark my 500th post here at Comic Coverage, so...like with most anniversaries in the comics blogosphere, it'll be Flashback-O-Rama! I'll be posting links to all of the Superman-themed posts I've created over the 22 months I've been at this crazy thing...celebrating both Superman and my gift for spewing inane blather! See you then!

Happy Superman Month Mark!! I am looking forward to all the posts and festivities! I should read my "Krypton Companion" again. Did you read that, from TwoMorrows? I am not the biggest Superman fan but I do enjoy the character enough and I found that book educational and fun! I think my favorite Supes' story is "For All Seasons" by Jeph Loeb and Tim Sale. Excellent, excellent story. Touching and fun.
Happy Superman Month! Up, up and away!!!
