So, what was the reaction of the editor? Was he happy the ersatz Superman was "spreading the word" on their flagship character? Or, conversely, did he warn young Terry to alert the Madison authorities? Nope.
I believe I once knew someone who acted like that...ah, now I remember, it was my son.
Honestly, if someone was acting like that in my neigboorhood, I would start getting a little nervous. But still, a hilarious answer.

Well, I would say the effect is a little different when a kid is running around the neighborhood as Superman, as opposed to a grown man. That experience would, at the very least, be extremely unnerving....especially when the guy starts telling stories about nabbing Lex Luthor. That's a "Cue the Twilight Zone Theme" moment.
