I've got it covered!

Welcome to Comic Coverage, my first official jump into the comics blogosphere.  As the name of the blog implies, I'll be examining the "themes, trends and pop-psychology" of superhero comic books from either an "historically humorous" or "humorously historic" perspective (I can never decide which one it is).  However, when the spirit moves me, I'd like to "cover" other comics-related topics as well.  These could include commentary on current comics industry buzz, collector stuff, comics in other media (movies, animation, etc), or whatever else seems like a good waste of your time.

The comic book cover entries are adapted from my contributions to the excellent Comics 101 website.  I've been one of Professor Scott Tipton's "Guest Lecturers" with my Cover to Cover column, and thought the material might enjoy some additional exposure here on my blog.
